For my sister in law.

My brother's wife LOVES pictures of my little friend "A". She says she wants one just like her one day. Given the gene pool on both sides, I think it's a distinct possibility. In fact, I wouldn't mind a little gal like this myself!



And "A" has an announcement too! Yep, you guessed it. It is baby season after all!



Baby brother "W" is a healthy blessing, and I know this family adores him. Welcome, big guy.









Look at those dimples! (here's hoping my SIL's kids will get some of those too, since my brother has a cute one)



ANNNNNNNNDDDDD. Speaking of Sister in law's, a HAPPY BIRTHDAY shout out to my other sister in law, Katie. My husband will be broke this week, as his sister, mom and wife are all having a birthday!!!

Well, he's 18 months old now and a bundle of energy.

Yep, he is now a BIG brother to a teeny, tiny little princess. She was a little unsure if she wanted to sleep for me, but I didn't mind. It just meant I got to hold her a lot while I tried to get her into "the baby coma". And eventually it worked!

Missing

Yep, I have been missing a bit again. It turns out that our "big G" is a pretty sensitive little dude, (not a surprise to me) and has been having a bit of a hard time "processing" the accident from April. So, I have been devoting a little more time to him lately to help him cope. Thus, my afternoon blogging has had to suffer. But I wanted to pop on and post a few pics of Fin back from Mother's day weekend. Now, normally I do NOT dress my boys like this, but my mom bought this outfit for Grady years ago and wanted a picture of Fin in it. It barely fit when we put it on, and he was not happy with the collar. But I got a couple and thought I'd share. Hope you all are having a great Tuesday!

Remember the cute little mommy from this post ? Well, she's had her sweet little one and it was such a joy to get to go see her the other day. I haven't had a lot of newborn girls recently. I have been on a run of boys! "A" is pretty as a picture and has a head full of hair. She must have known what family she was being born into, since both mommy and daddy cut hair for a living!

Sweet little P.

I have had a lot of "P" names lately! Must be a little trend!
Anyway, this little girl is a DOLL and I am so glad her mom brought her for a session. She has been going to Sears every month and said she wanted something a little different. Well, I can help with that! On a side note: I think it's a GREAT idea to have portraits done every month during the first year. A baby changes so so so much with ever week it seems, and those will be cherished memories in years to come. Even if you do have to go to Sears to get them done (I always say there's a time and place....for everything).

4 for 4.

It's day four of sneak for a week! And I am still on track! Yay!
So for the fourth day I thought I'd share 4 little cuties. These are some cousins that I shot. The boy and the little blond girl and brother and sister, and the other two girls are sisters. I love when families get together for sessions, because not only do I get a glimpse into the entire family dynamic, I get to meet a lot of fun people! So here's the fearsome foursome for ya! They were a blast.

P.S. Still no takers on that FREE newborn session from last post. I am a little floored. Usually when I do stuff like that it's gone in 15 minutes! Maybe it's the weekend?
