Big heart

These twins are such a riot and great to be around. Little "K" (the girl) has a heart defect called Tetralogy of Fallot which was diagnosed before she was even born. She's been in and out of hospitals for most of her life having surgeries and procedures, yet you would NEVER know it to hang out with her for a little while. She's full of spunk and has a twinkle in her eye. She was even posing for me the whole time, which was cracking me up! Her brother "I" is a healthy dude who beats on his sister the way any other brother would. I am so happy to know them and I was glad to do a session for them. They'll be turning 3 right after Christmas, so leave them a birthday shoutout!
