I maintain my stance...

That getting great shots of my own kid is the hardest. He knows my tricks. He doesn't buy 'em. He's also almost two, and suffering from a severe case of PKS...photographer's kid syndrome. Tonight we went out to try and get his 2 year portraits. These are for all my Yada girls. My kid does it too!

It was all going along fairly swimmingly...
Then mommy decided to try a costume change...

In the full size version of this one, you can literally see the snot all over his face. Nice. Now, I am all about real life images, but this isn't exactly what I was hoping to send out to family!

Thanks Rachel. It actually was kind of funny at the time as well. We were on USF campus and all the summer students were looking at us like we'd surely just kidnapped him. And yes, that would be Toby the Train!
